Accounting Services from £82.50 an hour Bookkeeping from £27.50 an hour We provide a full range of standard accountancy services Management Accounts Detailed Accounts will be prepared for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.We will provide a periodic (usually annually but often quarterly and occasionally monthly) trial balance, profit and loss account and balance sheet fully supported by lists of debtors and creditors. Print outs (showing VAT if necessry) agreeing with your accounts will be provided to support all information therein and assist in resolving queries with the Inland Revenue. We will retain this information indefinately. V.A.T. Returns We will prepare and complete your VAT returns, reconcile your VAT controls and advise on the merits of ultilising the flat rate scheme. We will constantly monitor your VAT position to ensure you move to or from the flat rate schme where it is cost effective to do so. Payroll Agent We will maintain your payroll, prepare payslips if required (there is an extra charge for this), advise you on payments to the Inland Revenue, prepare P35s and P60 and reconcile your PAYE Controls. Where you are involved in the construction industry we will advise on the vouchers necessary, assist with their completion and ensure your returns are submitted on time and penalties avoided. Your year end returns will be filed on-line enabling you to claim any Inland Revenue rebates. Annual Accounts We will prepare comprehensive annual accounts (Statutory Accounts for limited companies) and ensure these reconcile with your management accounts. |
